With 40 years of experience in multinational companies across print media and the service industry, he has excelled in transforming businesses into profitable ventures. He has a proven track record in expanding distribution networks, managing large teams, and overseeing technical and operational growth across multiple geographies. He held key leadership roles, at a leading print media company, transforming units into profit centres and launching successful print editions. 

He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and completed an EDP from XLRI.

A highly experienced professional with over 20 years of experience as the head of HR in the publishing industry. He has successfully developed and administered human resource policies and procedures, and his expertise includes talent management, pre-employment screening, personnel recruitment, benefits and compensation, training & development, statutory compliance, and other HR-related activities. He also has expertise in organizational development and sound knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory practices. 

With demonstrated tenacity and higher-order thinking skills to strategically build a connected, competent and well-informed team, he is adept in spearheading the development of effective HR strategies, streamlining the onboarding process and creating successful employee engagement strategies.
